Yeah, it’s been a while. Lots going on here with school and what not. The biggest news though has been that my daughter has moved to Victoria. Very strange situation all around…
At any rate, with Kathleen so far away, I thought that my blog would be a perfect opportunity for me to share some home cooking recipes/instructions/whatever with her. You’re all just along for the ride…

yay! Thank you mum! I went to the store and bought some spaghetti, tomato sauce (just like pureed tomatoes), an onion, garlic, s and p, and olive oil. I’m going to try to make my own sauce tonight for dinner
Did you get any herbs? For pasta sauce, I usually add oregano (the Mediterranean one, NOT the Mexican) and some thyme (maybe. if I feel like it.)
No I didn’t. Maybe I’ll run back to the store and get some oregano.
