Servings 12 @ 5 g each 3 pkg. Cream cheese, softened 1 cup sugar replacement 8 T. cocoa 4 T. butter, melted 600 ml cream 2 pkg. gelatin Directions 1. Soften gelatin as directed on package. Set aside. 2. Beat cream cheese together with sugar replacement. 3. Combine melted butter and cocoa, stirring to form a smooth paste. Add to cream cheese mixture and beat until incorporated. Add cream, beating all the while. 4. Beat in softened gelatin. 5. Pour into a 9" springform pan and place in freezer or refrigerator.
