Crepes: 1 large egg 1 Tbsp cream 1 tsp oil 1/4 tsp sugar substitute (adjust to taste) 1/8 tsp vanilla Mix well. This will make two crepes. Put in a well buttered no stick frying pan and swirl to coat pan cook at medium til top looks dry and flip for a few seconds. Put in a plate, add your favorite filling and roll up and enjoy. Ricotta Filling: 1/3 cup ricotta cheese 1 pkg sugar substitute Mix well. This will fill both crepes. Total carbs: 5.5 g
