Mammy's Pumpkin Pie

Note: Mammy is my family's term for 'grandmother'; it is derived from
the Irish dialect word for mother. This is my grandmother's pumpkin 
pie recipe. If you have a problem with the term, I suggest you visit 
some other website.

1-1/2	cups	pumpkin
1	cup	Splenda or other heat-stable sweetener
3		eggs
1/2	cup	milk
1	T	flour
1	tsp	ginger
1	tsp	cinnamon
1/2	tsp	nutmeg
1/2	tsp	mace
1/4	tsp	salt

Preheat oven to 425.  Butter a glass pie plate.

Mix all ingredients well and pour into buttered pie plate. 

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then reduce oven temperature to 350. Continue
baking for another 35-45 minutes.

Serves 6 @ approximately 11 grams carbs per serving.
