Zabaglione

Servings	4

6		eggs
6	T.	sugar substitute
1/2	cup	Marsala wine

Directions:

1. Put a pan of water on to boil.  In a bowl that will rest comfortably
over the pan, beat the eggs with the sugar substitute until they are
light and fluffy.  Beat in the wine.

2. Rest the bowl over the boiling water.  Beat until the mixture is firm.

3. Serve in glasses with long spoons.

Makes 4 servings @ 6.5 g carbs.
