Smokin' Hot Chicken Wings

5	lbs.	chicken drumettes (wings with tips removed)
1/2	cup	Louisiana Hot Sauce (TM), or other pepper sauce
1	T.	peanut oil (substitute lard for Neanderthin)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2. Spread chicken wings evenly over an ungreased cookie sheet or baking
pan.  Bake for 30 minutes.

3. Remove wings from oven; drain liquid from pan.  Return pan to oven
and continue baking for another 30 minutes.

4. Place cooked wings in a large bowl.  Pour hot sauce over them and
toss to cover well.  Marinate for 1 or 2 hours.

5. Heat oil in frying pan.  Add chicken wings and fry until browned.
