1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup soy flour (8 grams carbohydrate) 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup heavy whipping cream 4 chicken breasts, diced 1 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup dried mushrooms, or small jar of mushrooms 1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimientos Combine all in skillet, simmer until excess cream and broth cooks down, and chicken is tender.
