Chili

1	lb.	ground beef
1/2		onion, chopped
1	14-oz.	can tomatoes
1	small	can tomato sauce
1/4	cup	water
1/2	tsp.	cumin
1/4	tsp.	crushed red pepper
1/2	tsp.	chili powder
1	tsp.	oregano
1/4	tsp.	cinnamon
1	tsp.	cocoa powder
1/2	tsp.	ground coffee
1/2	oz.	bourbon

Directions:

1. Brown ground beef with onions until meat is cooked and onions are
translucent.  Add tomatoes and tomato sauce, breaking up the tomatoes
with the back of a spoon.  Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.

2. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.  Allow to simmer for one
hour.  Add salt and pepper to taste.

3. Garnish with grated chedder or sour cream.
