2 pounds beef, in small dice or ground 2 T. garlic, minced 1/2 lb. onion, chopped 2 T. chili powder 2 tsp. cumin Directions: 1. Brown meat and drain. Set aside. 2. Brown onions in residual fat, then add garlic. Return meat to pot. Add seasonings and water to cover (barely). 3. Cook 1 hour.
