Dry Garlic Ribs

Makes 4 servings; less than 1 g carb per serving.

Cut about 1.5 pounds of ribs into individual ribs.

Place on a baking pan and sprinkle generously with salt, pepper, and 
garlic powder.

Bake at 400 for 1 hour.
