1 T. oil 3 pork chops 1/2 green pepper, chopped 1/2 red pepper, chopped 2 green onions, chopped 1 can tomatoes (14-oz. can) 1 T. sugar substitute* 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. thyme dash liquid smoke salt & pepper to taste * Be sure to use a sugar substitute that retains it's sweetening power after heating. Directions: 1. Heat oil in deep frypan. Cook pork chops in hot oil until brown. Remove from pan and set aside. 2. In same pan, saute peppers until just soft. Add tomatoes to pan and break them up with the back of the spoon. Heat until bubbling. 3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Return pork chops to pan. Cover and cook for one hour.
