Roman Meatloaf

Makes 6 servings; 1.2 g carbs per serving

2	lbs.	ground beef
1/2	tsp.	salt
1/4	tsp.	pepper
1	tsp.	dried basil
1/2	c.	Parmesan cheese
1/4	c.	minced onion
2		eggs, beaten
2		hard-boiled eggs, shelled

Preheat oven to 450.

Mix up all ingredients except the hard-boiled eggs.  Pat just under half
of the meat mixture into a loaf pan.  Lay the hardboiled eggs on top and
form remainder of meat around them.

Bake for 10 minutes at 450, then reduce heat to 350 and bake another 1
hour and 15 minutes (75 minutes total at 350).
