Harry's Mocha Blast

12	oz	cold decaf coffee
3		ice cubes
1	pkg	sweet and low (or equivalent)
1	pkg	nutrasweet (or equivalent)
8	drops	green Stevia ( or equivalent)
1	tsp	vanilla extract
8	drops	hazelnut coffee flavouring  drops
1	TBS	unsweetned baking coco
  
Mix in blender until smooth then quickly add:
  
1	heaping tsp psyllium husks
2	TBS	protein powder
  
Don't overblend after adding protein and psyllium or it may
get so thick you'll need a spoon.
