Tomato and Brie Salad

This recipe was originally developed by Barb F.

3		large tomatoes, chopped
8	oz	brie cheese, skinned and cut into irregular pieces
1		loosely packed cup basil, finely shredded
1/3	cup	olive oil
2-3	cloves	garlic minced
		Salt to taste

Combine ingredients and let sit at room temperature before serving.
